Minor permits are those permits issued by the Address General of Migration to regulate the exits of the country of persons under 18 years of age edad, fulfillment to what is established by the Article 11 of the Children's rights convention, the Code for the Protection of the Fundamental Rights of Children and Adolescents, Law No. 136-03, and the provisions contained in Section II, Article 124, of the Implementing Regulations of the Act General of Immigration.
Minors who apply for saying permission are:
1.-Minors of Nationality Dominicans traveling in company of a parent, a third person or airline;
Requirements:
If less de edad travel in company de one of the parents must have the authorization of the other; said authorization must be through a power notarial by which the father authorizes the departure of the less de edad, duly legalized by the Attorney General's Office Republic, and attaches the copy of the ID Card of the father o mother and the two witnesses listed in the power.
2.-Minors of Foreign Nationality, resident legal Dominican, traveling with one of the Parents, a third person o store aerial.
Requirements:
If less de edad travel with a third person, or with a store aerial, both Parents They must authorize the departure of the less, through a power notarial legalized by the Attorney General's Office Republic, Deputy of copy of the Schedule of the father o mother and the two witnesses listed in the power.
Common requirements for both cases:
a) Original and legalized birth certificate.
b) Copy from the page of passport containing the biometric data of the third authorized by the Parents to go out with him less.
c) Name of the Line Airline with which you would travel, if it is the /// of the authorization.
d) Copy from the page of passport of the less, containing biometric data.
e) Copies of the visa or residence of the minor and his/her companion.
f) Two (2) 2x2 photographs of the front of the less.
g) Copy of the Schedule de Identity of the father/s that authorize/s.
h) Copy of the Schedule de Identity and Electoral of the companion, if applicable.
