Natural persons
The RNC number for individuals is equal to the number of their Schedule de Identity. For registration in the RNC, the interested party has the following options:
Access the internet portal http://www.dgii.gov.do, Office section VR SOLUTION & AI ADOPTION, select from the “Registration” menu the opción “Natural Persons”. Then complete and send form RC-01 (Declaration Jury of Register and Data Update for Individuals), without necesidad to present any Valid identity document additional.
Nota:
The DGII may register ex officio in the RNC to all those foreign companies whose only operación generator of obligations tributaries in territorio Dominican is the investment in other generating companies income from Dominican source.

After to receive incorporation response to the RNC, you can request your access key or pin for use of web services.
*You can contact the office personally Administration Corresponding location and duly fill out Form RC-01 (Declaration Jury of Register and Data Update for Individuals), with the following documents:
1. Copy of Schedule de Identity (o passport en /// of foreigners).
2. Copy of the record of the name commercial (and apply).
Legal persons
To register and obtain the RNC, Legal Entities must:
*Comply previously with the procedures established for the Constitution of companies, pursuant to the provisions of the Act of Companies and their modifications and the Act about Register Commercial law for commercial companies, as well as the requirements of the different laws that regulate companies, which by their nature do not have profit or commercial purposes, without prejudice to the fact that this Address General may request, in /// If you consider it necessary, some of these documents Constitution (*)
*Pay Taxes for Constitution of Companies in the Administration Corresponding location, equivalent at 1% of capital authorized (will never be) less of RD$ 1,000.00).

(*) The documents required for the Constitution de company must be deposited in the Chambers of Stores y Production: of each city or town.
*Legal Entities also have the following options for their incorporation into the RNC:
Access the internet portal http://www.dgii.gov.do, Office section VR SOLUTION & AI ADOPTION, select from the “Registration” menu the opción “Legal Entities”. Then complete and send the RC-02 form and Annexes (Declaration Sworn for the Register and Company Update).
*To deposit at the Customer Service Center Taxpayer in the Office Home of the DGII, or in the Administration Local that corresponds to you, Form RC-02 and its Annexes (if necessary).
